01

Customer

Appiukko is a software company specialized in mobile application and mobile games development.

02

Challenge

Appiukko’s customer had an idea, but no skills to make the idea concrete. The goal was to refine the service idea together with the customer, create and define a service concept and create an interactive prototype. With the interactive prototype, it is easy to test the idea with users, test marketability and also present the idea to investors.

03

Approach

Based on existing customer insights, the value proposition was first defined. After that I defined the customer journeys as well as user stories. In order to be able to test the service with users, an interactive prototype was built. With the interactive prototype, you can try the service with the mobile device yourself and see how the real service would function, how would you navigate and what functionalities would it include.

04

Outcome

Desig Ninja helped Appiukko’s customer to concretise their service idea by defining and creating the service concept, designing the high level user interface as well as built an interactive prototype from the idea and concept. Because the prototype works as the real mobile application, it is easy to test it with users and present it to the investors.
